The package includes high-level dusting, fixtures and fittings cleaning, wall wiping, internal glass and window cleaning, door, grille and frame wiping, bathroom and kitchen area cleaning, and floor cleaning including the car porch, using general cleaning agents and a scrubbing machine.
The main goal is to clear construction dust so the home is ready for you to move your things in, which is different from a deep clean or spring clean. The duration depends on the property size, ranging from one day for a small unit to several days for a large bungalow.
It does not cover stubborn marks like paint, cement or rust, sensitive surfaces are only wiped with a damp or dry cloth, and it excludes housekeeping, heavy item disposal, floor polishing, waxing, stripping, and work needing scaffolding. Deep cleaning and spring cleaning are available as add-ons.
